In recent years, community efforts have included our Peacock Collision Center collecting donations for the people of Puerto Rico in disaster relief efforts. The Peacock Automotive Group has also hosted Santa's Workshop, which brings holiday cheer and is a community-focused event around the holiday season for boys and girls across the Lowcountry area.

Peacock Automotive Chairman & CEO Warner Peacock has also devoted much of his time to community economic development, working to bring neighbors job opportunities and helping local businesses grow. The community is important to Peacock Automotive Group, and we're always working to better it any we can.

Peacock Automotive employees live by the corporate goal, "zero dissatisfied customers." This means employees are empowered and supported to say "yes" to customer requests without the need to say, "let me speak with my manager." They are also recognized by management when a positive review is received or when a certain goal is achieved. This includes offering free loaner cars for customers during warranted repairs, and always providing an all-live phone system. There are no prompts, no voicemails, no unanswered calls. When you call us, you'll speak to a knowledgeable employee ready to provide advice and answer your questions.

"I'd rather spend more money now on creating a positive experience for our customers because I feel it's a good long-term investment," Warner says. "We want to continue giving our customers better onsite experiences."

Not only do our sales teams make sure to create an enjoyable, relaxed environment for our valued customers, but our facilities are also made to provide the same feeling. All dealerships are made to be cheerful, family-friendly, and sparkling clean buildings.

Our dealerships offer café areas with refreshments and free coffee bars to make you feel at home. Of course, our service and parts professionals are always working efficiently to return your car to the road as soon as possible.

Our #1 goal is zero dissatisfied customers, and it shows in all aspects of our dealerships and how we interact with guests.

Constantly improving onsite experiences and creating long-term relationships are the top priorities of Peacock Automotive Chairman and CEO Warner Peacock. Throughout the years, we've worked tirelessly to create a welcoming environment at all of our dealerships for customers and employees.

With more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, more than 700 employees, and reaching numerous communities in the Southeast, Warner feels that "doing our best to make everyone happy" is what keeps him going. Whether that means recognizing employees for professional and personal achievements, supporting local Boys and Girls Clubs or organizations like the American Heart Association, or finding the right car for a new family in town, he feels that making an impact on other people's lives is important.

Peacock Pays It Forward to Center for Blind

 
As part of our ongoing series with WSAV-TV, we "paid it forward" recently to the Savannah Center for Blind & Low Vision. Savannah Center for Blind and Low Vision offers programs and services that promote independence and dignity for people who are vision impaired or blind, their family, friends and the community.  The Center serves 29 counties throughout southeast Coastal Georgia.

Arts Center of Coastal Carolina Receives Pay It Forward Donation

 

Peacock Automotive once again partnered with WSAV to help a local non-profit in our community. The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina was our most recent recipient of the Pay It Forward donation. We are so happy there is an arts organization in our community that brings wonderful productions to the Lowcountry. They also have multiple outreach programs for local youth to expose them to all aspects of art and creativity.

Event raises $22k for Boys & Girls Club of Jasper County

 

Our annual Hunt Fish & Shoot Party was a great success, raising $22,000 for the Jasper County Boys & Girls Club. This fun event combines food, live music and great raffle items. The items are all related to outdoors activities perfect for the Lowcountry. Peacock Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat was proud to be the host and presenting sponsor of the event. Hardeeville National Night Out Promotes Public Safety

 

We loved showing off our Jeep Wrangler at Hardeeville Public Safety & National Night Out on Tuesday night. Our "43" Jeep is part of the effort to encourage folks to end distracted driving. Subiestock collects items and funds for Palmetto Animal League

 
What a wonderful evening at Subiestock on Oct. 17! Palmetto Animal League received a ton of donations thanks to the generosity of our guests, including $1,400 in funds! Cranford Hollow was amazing, and we loved meeting all of the adoptable dogs from PAL! Subaru loves learning! We donated 150 award-winning STEM books on Oct. 4 to Okatie Elementary School through the Subaru Loves Learning Initiative. AAAS - The American Association for the Advancement of Science partnered with Peacock Subaru Hilton Head to supply the books for donation.
