In recent years, community efforts have included our Peacock Collision Center collecting donations for the people of Puerto Rico in disaster relief efforts. The Peacock Automotive Group has also hosted Santa's Workshop, which brings holiday cheer and is a community-focused event around the holiday season for boys and girls across the Lowcountry area.

Peacock Automotive Chairman & CEO Warner Peacock has also devoted much of his time to community economic development, working to bring neighbors job opportunities and helping local businesses grow. The community is important to Peacock Automotive Group, and we're always working to better it any we can.

Peacock Automotive employees live by the corporate goal, "zero dissatisfied customers." This means employees are empowered and supported to say "yes" to customer requests without the need to say, "let me speak with my manager." They are also recognized by management when a positive review is received or when a certain goal is achieved. This includes offering free loaner cars for customers during warranted repairs, and always providing an all-live phone system. There are no prompts, no voicemails, no unanswered calls. When you call us, you'll speak to a knowledgeable employee ready to provide advice and answer your questions.

Not only do our sales teams make sure to create an enjoyable, relaxed environment for our valued customers, but our facilities are also made to provide the same feeling. All dealerships are made to be cheerful, family-friendly, and sparkling clean buildings.

Our dealerships offer café areas with refreshments and free coffee bars to make you feel at home. Of course, our service and parts professionals are always working efficiently to return your car to the road as soon as possible.

Our #1 goal is zero dissatisfied customers, and it shows in all aspects of our dealerships and how we interact with guests.

Constantly improving onsite experiences and creating long-term relationships are the top priorities of Peacock Automotive Chairman and CEO Warner Peacock. Throughout the years, we've worked tirelessly to create a welcoming environment at all of our dealerships for customers and employees.

With more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, more than 700 employees, and reaching numerous communities in the Southeast, Warner feels that "doing our best to make everyone happy" is what keeps him going. Whether that means recognizing employees for professional and personal achievements, supporting local Boys and Girls Clubs or organizations like the American Heart Association, or finding the right car for a new family in town, he feels that making an impact on other people's lives is important.
