Peacock Automotive continues to take the appropriate measures to protect the health and well-being of our customers and employees during the global COVID-19 pandemic.


We're diligent in our cleaning and sanitization efforts consistent with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease  Control (CDC). Doors, restrooms, stairwells, elevators, hard surfaces, lounges, etc., are sanitized throughout the day and again overnight. Touch points in customer vehicles are being cleaned both at drop-off and return for both service and sales.


With widespread vaccine availability and the ongoing progress against COVID-19, the CDC is now recommending that fully vaccinated people can resume indoor activities without wearing a mask, except where required by local regulations. As such, we updated our mask policy to follow the CDC's guidance. Fully vaccinated employees are no longer required to wear a mask while at work.


As always, we embrace the opportunity to offer our customers online buying. Through our world-class websites, we offer thousands of vehicles for review and purchase. We are continually identifying new ways to complete virtually all of the transaction online, if that is your choice. Certainly, today's environment makes this an even more attractive alternative.


For service and maintenance/recall needs, you can make an appointment online or over the phone, and use our key drop-off box if you prefer a contact-less experience.
